Please note the following schedule for our customer support services during the Christmas and New Year holidays:
- Saturday, December 23, 2023: We will provide our standard ticket support to ensure your queries are addressed promptly.
- Sunday, December 24, 2023: Our normal ticket support will be available to assist you with any issues or concerns.
- Monday, December 25, 2023: While our phone lines will be closed to allow our staff to celebrate Christmas, reduced ticket support will still be accessible for urgent matters.
- Tuesday, December 26, 2023: Our phone lines will remain closed, but reduced ticket support will continue to be available for critical support.
- Wednesday, December 27, to Saturday, December 30, 2023: Our phone lines will be closed; however, normal ticket support will be operational to assist you.
- Sunday, December 31, 2023, and Monday, January 1, 2024: On New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, phone lines will be closed, but emergency ticket support will be provided for urgent issues that may arise.
- Tuesday, January 2, and Wednesday, January 3, 2024: We will resume our regular operations with phone lines open and normal ticket support in full swing.
