How To: Access email using Webmail

It is incredibly easy to access your email using Webmail with SmartHost. Below are the two methods of accessing your email using Webmail.

Accessing your email through a Web Browser

The easiest way to access your email via Webmail is to open a new tab in your browser and type in mydomain.ie/webmail. Replace “mydomain.ie” with your domain. You will be asked to enter your email address and password. Once logged in, you can view and send emails via your internet browser from any device, anywhere in the world.

Accessing your email through the SmartHost Customer Portal

You can also access your email via webmail through the SmartHost Customer Portal by following the steps below: 

1: Log into your SmartHost Customer Account

2: Click Services once on the Dashboard

3: Click your relevant hosting plan

4: Scroll down until you see an icon labelled Email Accounts

5: Beside each email, there will be 5 small icons. Click the furthest icon on the right labeled Webmail
