Domain Transfer
If you already own a domain registered through another registrar like Blacknight, Letshost, GoDaddy or Hosting Ireland, transferring it to SmartHost is a wise option. This enables you to manage both your domain and hosting through a single platform. Future renewals will also be consolidated, making management and maintenance much simpler for you. Transfer pricing can be found in our Domain Transfer page. Note that in most cases, the transfer will extend your domain’s registration by one or two years, though this may vary.
Updating an Existing Domain
For those who already own a domain and wish to keep it with its existing registrar, updating the nameservers is all that’s required. Point your domain to the following nameservers:

And that’s it! Your domain will be connected to our shared hosting service. You may need to seek assistance from the current domain registrar to help you update the name servers. SmartHost will not have access to the domain to do this for you.
