SmartHost accepts payments through major credit and debit cards, including:

This means that when you make a payment using your credit or debit card, the transaction is processed through Stripe’s highly secure and PCI-compliant system. Importantly, SmartHost does not store any card details on our systems. This approach not only enhances security but also ensures that your sensitive financial information is managed by specialists in secure online transactions, providing you with peace of mind every time you make a payment.

2. Cheque

Clients can also make payments via cheques. Please ensure:

  • Cheques are made payable to “SmartHost Web Services Limited.”
  • Cheques include the invoice number on the reverse side for quick processing.

3. Postal Order

For those preferring a traditional approach, SmartHost accepts postal orders. Please follow the same guidelines as for cheques, ensuring the postal order is made out to SmartHost and includes the invoice number.

4. Bank Transfer

Bank transfers are an efficient way to make payments directly from your bank account. The necessary bank details for the transfer will be provided upon request.

Payment Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Instant processing.
  • Cheque and Postal Order: Processing can take 3-5 business days after receipt.
  • Bank Transfer: Processing time depends on the bank’s processing schedule, but it is usually instant. Please allow 1 working day for us to process the payment once received
